Born and raised in heart of Virginia, Harris Breyfogle began his musical journey early on, dabbling with multiple instruments before eventually choosing to become a guitar player. Inspired by the sounds of his father’s Fender and guitar legends like the great Eric Clapton, Breyfogle made sure to start his music career right, attending the famed Berklee College of Music.
Influenced by a wide range of styles such as jazz, RnB, blues, pop, soul, and rock, Breyfogle’s sound has evolved to embrace a plethora of unusual concepts and interesting cinematic sounds. Constantly pushing to create something unique and immersive, Breyfogle looks to create a visceral, creative atmosphere for his fans, pulling them into his music so that can reflect on their own personal and intimate experiences.
An accomplished musician, Breyfogle is currently celebrating the release of ‘Angela’, the first glimpse of his upcoming full-length album. A song that we’re proud to premiere, ‘Angela’ arrives as one of the more upbeat tracks on the forthcoming release. Stylistically inspired by more contemporary tracks like Daft Punk’s ‘Get Lucky’, ‘Angela’ is a stunning prelude to the tone and meaning of the album, opening with poignant lyrics and maintaining a vibrant, and wonderfully emotive flow that encourages audiences to dance.
The first real glimpse of the new record, ‘Angela’ is named for the person who gave reason to the new album, beginning an emotional rollercoaster that charts. You can stream ‘Angela’ in full above, and be sure to keep your eyes out for ‘Complexus’ when it drops in Spring of 2020.
