BLOOM. – ‘Ring Ring’

BLOOM. – ‘Ring Ring’

A London-based artist with a penchant for bold RnB and pop sounds, BLOOM. has recently switched from creating her signature pop sounds to develop the ultimate empowering cut, simply titled ‘Ring Ring’. A single that is built for every woman that has fallen into the trap of investing in a worthless relationship, ‘Ring Ring’ is power-pop at its most inspiring.

Featuring seductively melodious vocal hooks in the choruses and titanic rap verses vibes all held within a snapping dance-worthy alt-RnB sound, ‘Ring Ring’ brings true Rockstar energy to fiery radio-ready production. Capturing the best of both worlds, the single breaks the mould in every possible way, offering a new side to some well-worn genres.

Speaking of the cut, BLOOM. said, “I’ve heard so many love songs where the girl falls for a guy she would do anything for. It made me wonder where is the music that says, girl, you are too good for him. ‘Ring Ring’ conveys that emotion and empowerment.”

Recorded in Wembley with BLOOM.’s producer, Rich Mello, ‘Ring Ring’ shows yet another facet of her expressive candour, which is fuelled with emboldening glamour. You can stream the new single below alongside the official music video, which dropped earlier on October 7th.

Along with working on her music career, BLOOM. is fighting for representation for younger LGBTQ+ people in the music industry and media after her experience growing up as a trans girl and noting the lack of mainstream people to look up to.

Score: 8/10
