Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, the artist known as me2dumb4college is an enigmatic artist making himself known in the independent scene. An artist with a compelling sound forged through personal experiences, he’s turning a potential "midlife crisis" into an expressive and undeniable musical venture. With a second album, ‘Fish Chris’, slated for release in May 2025, we took a little look back at 'Lost Lonely Little Boy,' a standout single from his recent debut album, 'An Introduction.'

While 'An Introduction' is a collection of more explosive nu metal moments and genre-bending energy, 'Lost Lonely Little Boy' is a poignant counterpoint. It’s a track that steps away from more raucous leanings to deliver a deeply emotional ballad. The song is a lament for a lost childhood in a post-AI world, an idea that resonates with a simple yet powerful melody and evocative lyrics. In his own words, me2dumb4college explained, it’s "where raw, unfiltered emotion fuels a sound loud enough to break your headphones and deep enough to hit your soul.”
