LA-based musician Ali Angel uplifts and inspires listeners with the honesty and optimism she evokes through her songs. A natural performer, Ali has recently released her latest soulful single 'Stone Cold' through which she expressing her journey struggling with her sexuality and queer identity.
Armed with a sound that is tinged with twangy soul, strong vibrato and gritty, bluesy rock riffs, Ali seamlessly weaves her retro-soul pop style around reflective lyrics that resonate perfectly within our modern times.
Speaking about her new single, Ali explained, "'Stone Cold' is a soulful alt-country song about my journey struggling with my sexuality and learning to embrace my queer identity, released right on time to celebrate queer country during pride month."
To date, Ali has become a rising star within the US, becoming a Top 5 Finalist in the Desert 5 Spot Stagecoach Battle of the Bands this past March judged by Nikki Lane, throughout which Nikki invited them to play a set on her Horseshoe Stage at Stagecoach for 2024! Ali has also achieved over 200,000 streams on Spotify alone on her debut EP, which was released independently last year.
