For marketing services, orders can be cancelled and refunded within twenty-four hours of the order being placed. Since Broken 8 Records provides non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once an order has begun. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any marketing service from our site.
For items from our record store, orders can be cancelled and refunded at any time, please contact us immediately to arrange this. If the item has been shipped prior to you requesting cancellation, a refund will be given once the item has been returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is the fault of Broken 8 Records.
Please note; we will not accept returns that have been opened (where sealed) and used, or returns that have been received damaged.
