The Nyonnais group found its source when that of the very good Josef Of The Fountain dried up. On the surface of things remains the deep, spectral voice, which crosses the dirty concrete of the sad suburbs and takes off, carried by a group which controls alternations, tension and relaxation, trance and discharge, mercury and ether. Alice Roosevelt, shoegaze as grounded as airy, who stares at the horizon, where everything merges and vanishes.
Released in 2017, 'EP II' was an expansive step forward for the band that saw them truly defining their proto-everything sound.
