Set for release on the 25th of December this year, ‘GAMK Vol. 2: ALLNIGHTLONG’ comes fully loaded with eight fresh cuts and an unstoppable, energetic flow.
Available to pre-save on both Spotify and Apple Music ahead of its release this Christmas, the ‘Great Adventures of Mew Kardo’ continue in perfect form, as the artist continues to expand on his multi-faceted rap style. Inspired by the likes of Kanye West, Travis Scott, Rick Jame, Lil Wayne, André 3000, and Future, the new EP is a celebration of late nights and good times, capitalising on a free-flowing energy, hard hitting beats, and some truly memorable guest spots to keep you engaged.
When making the EP, Mew Kardo worked hard to keep the right atmosphere and sessions flowing, as he explained, “every song was purposely recorded on Fridays. Each session also came with a bottle of champagne or sparkling wine. This was to simulate as if the last session never ended, just repeating the same to feel like the same day. That’s how the title ALLNIGHTLONG comes into the project.”
From the first scintillating tones of opening cut ‘ALLNIGHTLONG’, Mew Kardo sets the standard for the EP, lashing out with crisp production and Mew Kardo’s ability to craft an unforgettable tale. Highlights about in tracks like ‘INTHEFIELD’ and ‘GETTINGBETTER’, while the double act of ‘HOROSCOPE HOTTIES’ and ‘EARLYMORNINGS’ close the EP in undeniable style.
Speaking further about the project, Mew Kardo continued, “I named this project ‘ALLNIGHTLONG’ because this project is for anybody who is making the most out of their 24 hours. On your way to work, or going out, or just sitting in your room, this project has something for those times.”
