Salt Tree Announce New Single and Their Biggest Australian Tour Yet

Western Australian folk duo Salt Tree are set to embark on their most extensive Australian tour to date, hitting stages across the country this October and November. The tour follows a successful run of European shows supporting Jon and Roy, and the release of their first original music for 2024, 'Follow Me In The Ocean'.

Salt Tree's unique sound, born where the forest meets the sea, is a blend of soaring harmonies and opposing personalities. This chemistry shines through in their songwriting, as evidenced by their latest track, 'Dreaming Of A Future'.

"‘Dreaming of a Future’ is about thinking back to decisions you've made which may not have been the best," the duo explains. "It takes that negativity, the bad habits, but looks to a better future with the person you love."

The release follows a string of successful EPs, through 'Out of the Water', 'Find Our Way', and this year's 'Folk Covers', which have garnered them over 800k monthly listeners and 40 million streams. They've also gained a global following through their live supports for Jon & Roy and Ziggy Alberts.

Fresh off a sold-out European tour with Jon and Roy, Salt Tree is eager to return to Australian stages. "This will be our biggest Australian tour yet," they say. "We are excited to go to some new places and have a bunch of new songs we're keen to share."

Fans can catch Salt Tree live in their favourite Australian cities this October, with tickets available now.
