GRIMAZ - 'Plant Grimaze' EP

Death metal is a genre that we often neglect on Broken 8 Records, much to our own loss. It's a sub-genre of the greater metal spectrum that often stays hidden in the darker parts of our growing back-catalogue, but with the likes of GRIMAZE, we're looking to change that.

GRIMAZE is a death metal band from Sofia, Bulgaria with a clever knack for adding some extra groove to their heavy sounds. The band was formed in 2013 by Pavel Krumov, Melina Krumova, and Nedislav Miladinov, and in their fiver years together they've notched up an impressive series of accolades.

After years spent refining their music style by combining groove, death and progressive metal elements, the band took to the touring circuit, combining concerts with events for cleaning up waste and saving the natural world. here already have been two tours under the title “Metal for Waste” where over 200,000 liters of waste cleaned from the environment. It's a massive accomplishment and a spectacular undertaking.

In 2016 GRIMAZE published an EP, containing six anthemic songs, and now they've followed it up with the release of full-length album, 'Planet Grimaze'.
